MYXAR is an AI-first operations platform for member-based organizations, with an initial focus on marinas. The platform unifies operational data, workflows, and communications to enable real-time, intelligent decision-making. As MYXAR continues to expand its core platform, the company is also developing a new product focused on environmental risk mitigation, leveraging AI and sensor-driven data to help marinas anticipate and prevent infrastructure damage.

We are seeking a highly motivated new graduate to join MYXAR as a Full-Stack Software Developer. This role will contribute to the ongoing development of the MYXAR platform while also taking a leading role in building a new risk intelligence solution focused on snow load, environmental stress, and early warning systems for marina infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work across the full technology stack, contributing to frontend interface design, backend services, data pipelines, and AI-driven features. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to real-world deployments, product development, and emerging AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack features within the MYXAR platform, including frontend interfaces and backend services
  • Design and build dashboards and visualization tools to present operational and environmental data clearly to end users
  • Lead development efforts for a new environmental risk mitigation product, integrating weather data, sensor inputs, and AI models
  • Build and manage data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define architecture, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Contribute to AI/ML model integration for predictive analytics and early warning systems
  • Support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of platform features in live customer environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (or equivalent), recently completed
  • Experience with full-stack development (frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs)
  • Strong programming skills in modern languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data processing, APIs, and cloud-based development environments
  • Interest or experience in AI/ML, data analytics, or IoT systems is an asset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

The platform unifies operational data, workflows, and communications to enable real-time, intelligent decision-making. As part of its expanding risk mitigation initiative, MYXAR is developing an advanced system to help marinas anticipate and reduce environmental risks, starting with snow load and structural stress.

This role will contribute to the design and development of a dual-approach risk intelligence solution. The first component uses publicly available weather and environmental data to assess snow load risk through AI-driven analysis. The second integrates real-time data from physical sensors installed on marina infrastructure to detect stress, load conditions, and early warning signals.

In addition to data modeling, this role includes building interface components — including dashboards and visualizations — to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marina operators. The student will work across data engineering, applied AI, and front-end development to help deliver a functional early warning system.

Summary of Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop dashboards and user interfaces to visualize environmental and sensor data in a clear, actionable way
  • Build data pipelines to collect, clean, and integrate publicly available weather data and real-time sensor inputs
  • Develop and implement AI/ML models to assess snow load risk and identify early indicators of structural stress
  • Analyze sensor data (e.g., load, strain, environmental conditions) to detect anomalies and generate alerts
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models and visualizations into the MYXAR platform
